At Blue Ribbon, we strive for every customer to have an exceptional experience with us.

The custom apparel process is fun (most of the time), but can be extremely detailed and does take a little time to get everything setup and ordered.

We start with the selection and design process to gather all the information and graphics needed to complete the job. We then move to the approval process for you to make any tweaks or changes to the setup and finally to the production stage.

Sometimes the custom apparel industry brings challenges and throws us curve balls...

The availability of garments, garment colors and styles are constantly changing and it takes time to find and/or substitute items needed.

Putting all that together takes about 7 to 10 business days to complete orders handled in-house. Fully-sublimated garments we outsource, may take up to 15 to 20 business days to receive after final approval.

We have an exceptional staff and will always do our best to communicate time lines and will work hard and stay late to meet expected deadlines.
